UNITE HERE
UNITE (formerly the Union of Needletrades, Industrial and Textile Employees) and HERE (Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees International Union) merged on July 8, 2004 forming UNITE HERE. The union represents more than 450,000 active members and more than 400,000 retirees throughout North America.

Organized under the CWA, the Union Resource Network (URN) is the most complete index of Union Websites on the Internet. URN provides union made websites, hosting, and solidarity services. Currently, approximately 10% of all union websites in the world are hosted on the URN server.
Working America
Working America, a community affiliate of the AFL-CIO, is an organization for working families comprising both union and nonunion workers. The organization uses professional research, communication, education, canvassing, lobbying and community organizing to demand that politicians address the priorities that matter most to working people.
