We provide workshops on family leave and related leave laws in California, including the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), California Paid Family Leave Program, and the Pregnancy Disability Leave Law. Making it Work Better: A Work Family Educational Program
Educate your union members, staff and leadership about work family issues. Download our FREE curriculum with teaching guide, materials and handouts. Organized into short training modules, this 3½ hour curriculum can be incorporated in part into existing trainings or used in its entirety to explore work family issues in the context of organizing, bargaining and advocacy. This curriculum was designed to be used with our Organizing and Bargaining Guide.
