This new report by Labor Project for Working Families, Cornell ILR Programs and UC Berkeley Labor Center includes highlights of interviews with 23 organizers about how they use new social media tools and work and family issues in organizing campaigns. It also includes recommendations that may help unions strengthen their relationships with women and young workers, especially with regard to the use of work and family issues and social media that might ultimately help unions be more successful in organizing.
