Union of Needletrades, Industrial and Textile Employees Local 14A and Xerox Corporation: UNITE! Local 14A won benefits equal to 50% of benefits for full time workers for part time members who work 20-30 hours per week. Part time members who work at least 30 hours per week on a regular basis receive full benefits.
