Part-Time with Benefits

International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1245 and Pacific Gas & Electric: IBEW Local 1245 and PG&E agreed that any regular part-time employee (any regular employee scheduled for less than 40 hours a week) is entitled to benefits including group life insurance, long term disability coverage, retirement benefits, a pro-rated vacation allowance, pro-rated sick leave, paid holidays and medical, dental and vision coverage,

Union of Needletrades, Industrial and Textile Employees Local 14A and Xerox Corporation:
UNITE! Local 14A won benefits equal to 50% of benefits for full time workers for part time members who work 20-30 hours per week. Part time members who work at least 30 hours per week on a regular basis receive full benefits.
