CAW & Ford Motor Company of Canada: CAW negotiated a new dependent children scholarship program. The program will reimburse up to $800 per year to eligible children of active employees enrolled in an accredited Canadian university.
UAW & Michigan Blue Cross-Blue Shield: UAW negotiated a scholarship program for dependents. The program will be funded entirely by the Company at the rate of $100,000 the first year, $125,000 the second year and $150,000 the third year of the agreement. Eligible dependent children will qualify for up to $500 per semester, depending on the level of participation.
