Paid Time Off

Hotel and Restaurant Employees Local 2 and San Francisco Hotel Multi-Employer group: Here Local 2 negotiated paid time off (PTO) in a contract with San Francisco hotels. PTO can be used for any reason at the employee's discretion. This provision replaces sick leave, two floating holidays and employee's paid birthday. It allows workers to use paid time off for children's sickness, medical appointments and other personal business.
